Recursive Block
A downloadable game
Recursive Block is a short but challenging 2D platformer where you harness the power of cloning to overcome puzzles, traps, and tricky platforming challenges. As the player, you have the ability to create clones of yourself. These clones act as tools, you can sacrifice them, stand on them, block lasers with them, or reset them when needed.
Every clone counts. Think strategically: use them to cross spikes, block enemy hazards, or reach otherwise impossible platforms. But beware your clones are reset when you die, and danger lurks around every corner.
Developer’s Note:
This is my first ever game jam entry. There’s still a lot I want to improve and add, but I didn’t have enough time due to other commitments. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless!

This game is insanely impressive! It being your first game jam only adds to how good the game is.
I was in a hurry during submission and accidentally selected the wrong project type and uploaded the incorrect ZIP format, which caused the game to not run directly on this page.
